Usage

One level tablespoon of powder (6g) supplies 5g of protein. Take one to four servings daily (you should count that your daily protein intake should be around 1g per kg of bodyweight). Formula 3 can be added directly to your Herbalife Formula 1 shake or stirred into other foods such as sauces, soups and gravies.
